  • How does this process work?
    The steps are simple! 1. Click on the "Base Designs" link at the top of our website. 2. Find a design that you like for your team! We will custom any base design to meet your team or gym's logo, colors, tagline, and more! 3. Hover over the "Ordering" button at the top of our website and choose "How to Order." 4. Follow these simple steps for a smooth custom design process!
  • What is the crystalline glitter ink option?
    Crystalline glitter is an overlay of glitter than can be placed on top of up to 2 of the normal ink colors. Please see the examples below:
  • I want my design on the front only, but found a back design I like. How does that work?
    No problem! We can take any back base design and turn it into a front design for you!
  • When do I get my custom design proof?
    After you pick your print option and pay your custom artwork fee, you will fill out a form that provides us with all of the information we need to create a custom design for you! After this form is completed, we will email you a copy of custom proof.
  • What is your return/exchange policy?
    There are NO refunds for your digital proof, if you do not place an order with us. There are NO refunds or returns on any t-shirts, unless damaged or there is a design error due to our mishap. We want you happy and if we messed up - it's on us!
  • Why am I required to pay a custom artwork fee?
    Once you decide your print option, a custom artwork fee is required. Our designers have to edit all base designs including layout, color, size, custom graphic images, and more to fit your gym/team's needs and brand. Our designers work hard to custom each design to fit your gym or team's needs and we want you to be happy with that final product. If you order more than 100 pieces, then this fee is waived! *** If you decide to not place an order with us after receiving your custom proof - your custom artwork fee will not be refunded.
  • How do I know what size to order?
    Check out our spec sheet below for more information.
  • What is your shipping policy?
    Please allow 2-3 weeks for the order to be fulfilled and then shipment time. Shipment times may vary based on shipment location. If you have an exact date and it is close to the 3 week period - please contact us for confirmation that we can finish the job in time for you! Please note standard shipping rates will apply. Hype Gear does not up charge rates for shipping prices. Rates are based on delivery date needed and location. Rush fees will apply.
  • How do I place my order?
    After you have approved your custom proof, start taking orders from your team or gym. Get all your sizes and quantities tallied up and then come back to our website. Hover on the "Ordering" button at the top of our website and then choose "Order now." Fill out the sizes and quantities needed and pay your total due!
  • What color options do the shirts come in?
    Check out our spec sheet below for a list of shirt colors that are available.
  • I found a base design I love, but the graphics don't match my team's theme.
    You are allowed to switch out up to three of the graphics on the base design with graphics that fit your own gym or team's theme. For example: Switch out the sunglasses for a palm tree, stars for a crown, etc.
  • What are your prices?
  • What if I'm not happy with my custom proof?
    That's okay! You can submit up to three revision edits.
